jz089's total aggregate liability to any Player, in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jz089's proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 Amendments to These Terms

jz089 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 11.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jz089 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jz089 will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no suspicious activity flags are present on your Account.

Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure. No compensation is payable for forfeited bonus balances.

11.3 Account Closure by jz089

jz089 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• A self-exclusion request made by the Player or a third party on their behalf
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (defined as 12 or more consecutive months with no login or transaction activity)

Where an Account is closed by jz089 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player following a review. Where closure follows a breach, jz089 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jz089 operates. jz089 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players who access jz089 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Language of Disputes

All dispute communications, complaint submissions, and related correspondence must be conducted in English. jz089 operates in English across all markets including Bangladesh, and our support and disputes team are equipped to handle English-language communications only. Submissions made in other languages may be returned to the sender with a request to resubmit in English.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each available on the jz089 website), constitute the entire agreement between you and jz089 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
